It’s 2018, and we’re off to an amazing start! We welcomed our brand new little one named Tate to the world in December and had wonderful holidays with family coming from the other side of the world to celebrate here at the farm. Needless to say, it’s been crazy busy, and it felt wonderful to finally get back in the kitchen today and get preserving. How pioneers did this (or anything else!) with a toddler and a newborn, I’m not sure, but we’ll get the hang of it!
Today’s preserve kicks any winter blues in the pants with its tropical freshness and exotic allure: Blood Orange Marmalade. Made with just blood oranges, organic lemons, and organic cane sugar, this luxurious marmalade is sure to convert even those who’ve never liked a marmalade in their life (ahem, me.) to a huge marmalovin’ fan.

We bought a jar of your blood orange mamalade at the Picton Seedy Saturday and it was delicious. Hubby also tried the tasty pulled pork.
